I am always looking for a replacement to this device that would include a good quality digital camera, and a decent cell phone. With, the iPhone falling short on the features I need/want...maybe call them...ehhmm.."iNeeds?") and it's competitors only slowly trickling out products with untested technologies I have elected to stay with the bad tech I know instead of the bad tech I don't know.

When I describe the Dell Axim x30 I try not to become critical. Thou, since I purchased the device I've had all kinds of issues (with a three year replacement plan from Dell, I'd reached number eight by the time the contract expired.) I am still using it, and just purchased another secondhand replacement on Ebay. In a day and age where the quality and reliability of the craftsmanship being put into the devices coming out the the tech industry are poor and unrealizable, the Dell Axim x30 has continued with it's predictable instability that will make it my data companion for awhile longer. At least until I can find a device that will do everything I want to do.
